Wishing Steve Pasquarella the Best in His Retirement

Please join us in extending best wishes to Steve Pasquarella, who is retiring from Vincent Associates on April 1, 2024, after 45 years of service! Steve started at Vincent Associates under Andrew Vincent in 1979. In 1984 he became part owner, where Steve’s hard work and dedication built this company to what it is today.  As current President of our company, Steve’s leadership and innovation have kept us ahead in the optical shutter world. Though Steve will be missed, we wish him the best in his retirement!

A message from Steve:

To my colleagues, customers, staff, and friends, I am pleased to announce that after 45 years here at Vincent Associates, I am retiring as of April 1^st, 2024! It has been a fantastic journey working with all of you and, of course, most importantly, learning from you. I have been blessed with an exciting and challenging career. I enjoyed it immensely. I would also like to announce that my business partners, Adam Lamb, Dave Viglione, and Mark Stevens will be taking over the business and I am confident that I am leaving the company in capable hands. I will certainly miss their comradery, advice, and laughter on a daily basis. Leaving will not be easy. I have genuinely enjoyed working with our customers and staff over the years. I have been so fortunate to have been in the optics industry and able to provide products and solutions that have been used in some amazing applications. Special thanks to my wife, Karen, for always being there, my daughter, Stephanie (VA Sales Manager), whom I rely on day to day, Andrew Vincent, who believed in me 45 years ago, my dad, Elvio, who knew I was on the right track working here, and finally to our awesome staff who really make all our products and solutions a reality.
